By accessing and using Softicaton's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Softicaton provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables businesses to create, deploy, and manage intelligent conversational agents. Our services include but are not limited to: chatbot creation and customization, knowledge base management, conversation analytics, multi-channel deployment, and integration capabilities with third-party services.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain and update your information to keep it accurate; maintain the security of your account credentials; accept all risks of unauthorized access; and promptly notify us if you discover any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Service: for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws; to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; to transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks; to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service; or to collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Softicaton and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the subscription period. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for recurring subscriptions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes that negatively affect your use of the Service. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated data upon termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softicaton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration being Bangalore, India.
